`compareConnections_upsetPlots()`	Generate Upset plots of an arbitrary list of GRaNIE objects to compare connections either on the TF-peak, TF-gene, peak-gene or TF-peak-gene level.
`generateGRNList_Seurat()`	Generate a list of GRaNIE objects from a root directory that has been originally generated with prepareSeuratData_GRaNIE and for which subsequently GRaNIE has been run for.
